Poetry, short fiction & essays — by Jamie Silk

I write about love, place, memory and the small, unglamorous details that make life feel real. This is a living portfolio of drafts, finished work, and experiments.

About

Hello — I’m Jamie, a creative writing student in Kent. I’m drawn to love in its messy forms, poetry that lingers on small human moments, and the darker edges of dystopia. This site is a working public notebook: finished pieces beside experiments, because the process matters.

Interests: Poetry, dystopian themes, love & relationships, place-based writing, mental health, and other strange corners.

Currently reading: 1984 by George Orwell.
